the pillows in our twin guestroom plus felt quite flat. i didn't sleep well (which is rare for me). also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, especially considering the price. i would have liked to see more options for hot dishes and perhaps some local specialties. this was a disappointment as breakfast is usually a highlight of my stays.

the staff were helpful.
I found the room wasn't very clean. I saw a clothes tag on the floor. the bathroom also had shaved hair in the bath, i was too tired to complain at that point. the shower temperature kept changing, so it was hard to get a consistent temperature.

reception were very little help when i asked to book a taxi into town. they asked me to phone myself as the taxi firms will not answer them.
